If you live in a neighborhood where you feel like you can give kids treats you’ve made, then there’s nothing better than homemade trail mix. You can combine goodies kids’ love, like M&Ms or chocolate chips with things that are good for them, like pretzels, nuts, and dried fruit. The kid’s parents will appreciate the effort.
